"Pretty bowls, but be careful using them in the microwave"
Just a heads-up for anyone looking at these temp-tations bowls: they’re really cute in person, and I bought them because they said they were microwave safe. The first couple of times seemed fine, but then one bowl got surprisingly hot around the handles after just a short reheat, which made me nervous.
I also noticed a tiny crack after warming up leftovers, and I wasn’t doing anything unusual, no high power marathon heating or anything like that. Maybe mine was just a bad one, but I’d be careful assuming these are totally hassle-free in the microwave.
Customer service was okay, but they didn’t really give me much confidence or a solid solution. At this point, I only use the bowls for serving, not reheating, which is disappointing considering the price

I used to be fine ordering from temp-tations and never thought much about it, but this last experience kinda changed that for me. It left me feeling like maybe the brand isn’t as reliable as I thought, and now I’m not sure how much they really stand behind there products.
Once a company makes you feel like you’re not being listened to, it’s hard to go back. Trust dissapears quick, and at this point I don’t see myself buying from them again

"I really wanted to love these..."
I really wanted to love these dishes because they’re super cute, but they started chipping way too fast. After around a few uses, I noticed small chips along the edges, and I’m careful with them. They look nice, but for the price, I expected them to hold up better.

I’ve found the prices to be fair most of the time. I usually trust my gut when something looks like a good buy here, and more often than not it works out. I just wish the shipping deals popped up a little more often

"Shipping was just okay"
I ordered from temp-tations.com earlier in the week, and for the first couple of days I really didn’t get much of a clear shipping update. It wasn’t horrible or anything, but by midweek I was starting to wonder when it was actually going to move.
The package did show up fine a few days later, and thankfully nothing was broken, so I was happy about that. I just wish the tracking had been more helpful and the delivery time a little quicker. Overall, it was okay, just not especially impressive.

I was disappointed with this. The paint started chipping way sooner than I expected, and the pattern looked blurry instead of clean and sharp. It just didn’t look as nice in person as I hoped...

"I swear every time I find a..."
I swear every time I find a set I actually like, it’s either already sold out or they only have the odd colors nobody seems to want. I’ve signed up for the restock emails, but it doesn’t feel like it makes much difference because by the time I check again, everything is gone anyway.
It’s just frustrating spending 20 minutes browsing, getting your hopes up, and then realizing half the items aren’t even available. The site itself looks nice enough, but the constant lack of stock makes shopping there feel like a total waste of time

"Holding up better than I expected"
I dropped a bowl once and figured it was probably going to chip or crack—actually, nope, it still looks totally fine. So far the durability seems good.

"Felt left in the dark after it popped in the oven"
I used this at 350°F like the site said, and out of nowhere I heard a loud pop. It scared me, ruined the food, and made me nervous to ever put it in the oven again. I reached out to customer service, but the response was slow, so I felt kind of left in the dark about what happened or what I was supposed to do next.

"Honestly holding up well"
I’ve used it for a few oven meals now and, weirdly, I keep expecting to see a crack or something, but nope, nothing so far. It heats up fine, cleans up fine too, and yeah, it’s doing better than I thought it would.

"I ordered this baking set because it looked..."
I ordered this baking set because it looked really cute, and the pieces I did receive seem fine. But it showed up missing one of the lids, which was frustrating. Customer service eventually responded, but it took a while and I had to follow up myself. My gut feeling is that it’s a decent set, but if you’re buying a full set, it should arrive complete.

"Warranty help was fine, just a little slow"
I had to reach out to temp-tations about a dish that cracked and was still under warranty. They did get back to me and eventually took care of it, but it just took longer than I thought it would. I also had to send a few emails to keep things moving. The person I dealt with was nice, just not especially quick. I did get help in the end, so it was okay overall, just kind of average.

"Packaging was, honestly, really bad"
My order showed up, and the box was basically half crushed, with barely any padding inside. One of the dishes even had a chip on it. For what they charge, I really expected the packaging to be a lot better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Glaze chipped way too fast"
The glaze chipped after just one wash, which was really disappointing. I expected it to hold up a lot better, so I definitely won’t be buying this again

I had to make a return, and overall it was a smooth experience. The steps were simple to follow, and I didn’t run into any issues sending the item back. The refund did take a little while to come through, but everything was handled properly in the end.

I used Temp-tations to browse and order a few kitchen pieces, and I’m grateful that the whole process was simple. The categories were easy to find, the pictures loaded without any issues, and checkout went smoothly, which made shopping feel nice and stress-free.
The only small thing was that I had to click around a bit to find a few details, so it wasn’t totally perfect. Still, overall I had a good experience and really appreciated that the site didn’t feel confusing or frustrating to use.
